PLANNING PERMISSION
Full planning permission for phase 1 was granted by East Lindsey District Council on the 13th April 2017 under application numbers N/003/00243/17 and N/003/00260/20 for the erection of 4 bungalows (plots 6, 7, 8, 9), 1 house (plot 5) and 2 pairs of semi detached houses (plots 1, 2, 3 & 4) (9 dwellings in total) with associated detached garages, construction of a vehicular access, internal access roads and a pedestrian access and provision of a pumping station.

Approval of reserved matters for phase two was can be seen under planning application N/003/00854/16 and relates to the erection of 8 detached houses, 1 detached house with an integral garage, 6 detached bungalows, 1 dormer bungalow, 2 pairs of semi detached houses, (20 no. in total), with associated garages. Construction of a pumping station, internal estate roads and open space area. (Outline planning permission ref no. N/003/2233/11 for the erection of dwellings on the site of an existing cricket pavilion and redundant water pumping station which are to be demolished (with means of access to be considered), in accordance with amended plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 2nd March 2012, which was granted on appeal on 18/4/2013) in accordance with the additional information received by the local Planning Authority on the 31st August 2016.
