Having studied Estate Management and Urban Estate Surveying at Nottingham Trent University, Nick qualified MRICS in 1992, and has over 35 years of experience in the general practice and Commercial agency sectors, much of it as an equity partner and head of agency at a leading Nottingham based chartered surveying practice.

Nick has acted for regional and national developers to evolve and promote new build business and office park schemes and has a wealth of experience in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, investments and commercial development land.

Nick joined Brown&Co in August 2011 and key projects include ongoing agency and consultancy advice for owner/developer of the 100 acre Food Enterprise Park, Norwich, and agency services for the new build Broadland Food Innovation Centre. In addition, Nick is a registered valuer under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.
