Rowley joined Brown&Co's King’s Lynn Land Agency team in 2014 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural College with a degree in Rural Land Management. Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and becoming a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, he has developed extensive experience advising clients across the rural property sector.

Rowley specialises in the acquisition and disposal of rural property and land, acting for farmers, private landowners, estates, investors and developers. He provides strategic advice throughout the transaction process, from initial appraisal and marketing through to negotiation and completion, delivering commercially focused solutions tailored to his clients' objectives.

A key area of Rowley's expertise is the renewable energy sector, where he acts exclusively on behalf of landowners. He advises on a wide range of renewable energy and infrastructure projects, including solar photovoltaic developments, battery energy storage systems (BESS), wind energy schemes and associated grid infrastructure. His work includes negotiating option agreements, leases, easements and wayleaves, ensuring clients secure the best possible outcomes from long-term development opportunities.

Alongside his agency and energy work, Rowley undertakes a broad range of rural valuation instructions. He provides valuations for secured lending, taxation, estate and succession planning, partnership matters and strategic business decision-making across agricultural and rural assets.

Rowley also advises on emerging natural capital opportunities, assisting clients with the creation, marketing and trading of environmental credits and natural capital units, including Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and other environmental market initiatives.

Combining technical expertise with a practical understanding of farming and landownership, Rowley delivers clear, pragmatic advice to help clients maximise the value of their assets and navigate the evolving challenges and opportunities within the rural sector.
