Tim joined Brown&Co in April 2021. Based in the Agri-Business Consultancy team, his time is split between both UK and international work.
For UK farmers, Tim’s role includes financial & budgeting support, contract farming agreements, and environmental & grant schemes. International projects have involved aspects of data collection & analysis, technology & processing assessments, detailed production economics, and in-depth investment project analysis. Tim is also engaged in the publication of Brown&Co's research insight articles.
Tim was previously involved in Defra's Farm Business Survey at Reading University. Prior to this, he earned a BSc (Hons) in Horticulture from Nottingham Trent University, followed by an MRes in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security from Newcastle University.
