Tim and colleague Henry Cockerton merged their firm in Holt with Brown&Co five years ago.

Tim has spent his entire career of over 40 years as a land agent and general practitioner based in Holt. He also specialises in Residential, Commercial and Agricultural property.

He is a member of RICS and a Registered Valuer and he participates in most aspects of rural Chartered Surveying.

Tim also has an M.A in Land Economy from Cambridge University and was President of the Norfolk Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2002. 

He was brought up on a hill farm in North Yorkshire and has been Honorary Secretary of Holt & District Farmers’ Club for almost 30 years.
