Will joined the Banbury Land Agency department in April 2018 after completing a degree in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural University (RAU). He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, as well as being a registered valuer. The work Will undertakes includes buying and selling rural property, valuations, acting for landowners on compulsory purchase matters, rural planning and advising landowners on strategic development projects. 

Prior to starting work at Brown&Co, and after finishing at the RAU, Will spent 9 months in Australia working on a cattle station in central Queensland. This, along with growing up on an arable farm in Warwickshire, has given him a keen interest in agriculture and rural property.
