DESCRIPTION
A good quality and compact block of productive land well suited to growing combinable and some root crops. The land belongs to
the Normoor Series, deep stoneless clayey soils and is well-served by both public roads and internal tracks.

LOT 1 - 46.79 HECTARES (115.62 ACRES) (Coloured Yellow on the Sale Plan) A good sized block, with road frontage to the north of Goredike Bank and an area of grass-standing with a small timber building.
