LOT 2
Is an attractive block of mixed deciduous woodland interspersed with rides, open clearings and ditches extending to approximately 23.84 acres (9.65 hectares). Within the woodland there is a varied understorey structure, including areas of silvopasture. A network of ditches divides the woodland into compartments which includes mature and extensive hazel coppice, alder and other primarily native species.
