LOCATION The property is located on the edge of Shipdham, a settlement in mid-Norfolk about 3 miles from Dereham, within easy reach of communication routes. DIRECTIONS Proceed out of Norwich on the A47 Dereham Road to Dereham. Take the sliproad as you approach Dereham and go under the flyover, turning left towards Shipdham. Continue for about 3 miles and on entering Shipdham proceed through the village and turn left following a sign for the school. The road winds round and the property will be seen on the left hand side.

How It Works: Unconditional Timed Auction Online: This is a binding method of sale similar to a traditional public property auction. The only difference is the bidding takes place online.
