The railway line runs along the eastern boundary of the field. The field has historically been grazed but is offered for sale with vacant possession.

The field is classified as Grade 2 and 3 on Natural England's rovisional Agricultural Land Classification for the East Midlands. The soils are shown as being of the Blackwood soil association which are described as deep permeable sandy and coarse loamy soils.

Location

Travelling south out of the village of Torworth, take a left onto Daneshill Road, after approximately 600m the field gateway is on the right, just before the railway crossing.
