Overview of Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Data and Compliance Apprentice to join our Data, Quality and Compliance team. We are offering a unique opportunity for someone to start their career in compliance and data. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, so the ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships is essential. In this role you will gain practical experience whilst working towards a qualification.
Responsibilities
- Support the data and systems team with data driven projects
- Acquire knowledge of internal systems and processes to support day-to-day tasks effectively
- Help to compile quarterly reports
- Learn how to monitor and ensure the quality of data across systems and processes
- Assist with health and safety compliance
- Ensure tasks and records are up to date on our internal systems
- Keep up to date with changes in relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Maths and English GCSE minimum grade 4 (or predicted grades then later verified).
- No formal experience required as full training will be provided however, the successful candidate should have a basic understanding of IT, good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
They should be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks and demonstrate the ability to work independently when needed. We are looking for a personable candidate with a positive attitude.

Core working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 17.30pm.
This is a permanent full-time position based on 37.5 hours (Monday – Friday) however we’re fully open to discussing part-time flexible working requirements (minimum 30 hours per week). We also operate a hybrid working policy.
