Bisma joined Brown&Co as a Graduate Commercial Surveyor in September 2025 within the Commercial team, specialising in commercial surveying.

She graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate, where she gained a strong foundation in property management, planning, and construction, alongside valuable interpersonal skills developed as a built environment ambassador. During her studies, she also took part in interdisciplinary property competitions, collaborating with students from different disciplines to propose sustainable solutions for underutilised buildings.

Before joining Brown&Co, Bisma worked in Nottingham as a Viewing Agent and Customer Service Advisor, roles that strengthened her client-facing and organisational skills. Born and raised in Italy, where she completed her early education, she is fluent in Italian and able to engage confidently with a diverse range of people.

Bisma is now undertaking in-house training, assisting on a variety of commercial projects, and working towards her APC to become a Chartered Surveyor.
