Since last autumn, the RPA have been undertaking a remapping exercise for the whole country. Although this work is ongoing, it has created a significant number of changes to the land parcels for many claimants. As a result, any changes need to be reviewed carefully to assess whether or not they are correct. Any incorrect changes will require amending using an RLE 1 form, with maps supplied as supporting documentation. Eventually, this data with be uploaded to the LPIS system, the base data for claiming BPS. Therefore, it is imperative that all field details including, boundary changes, permanent ineligible features and temporary ineligible features are detailed on both the maps and the BPS application form.
We are encouraging all our clients to carefully review each of their land parcels using the RPA online system, as soon as possible.
