METHOD OF SALE & LOTTING
The property is for sale by Private Treaty as a whole or in two lots.

The Vendor's have entered into an Option Agreement with Crest Nicholson over the land. The Option Agreement is for a period of five years plus a possible five year extension. The land is part of a larger Option area with additional landowners. The Purchaser is bound by the terms of the Option Agreement.
TENURE & POSSESSION
