LOCATION Dorrington is a village located off the B1188. The village is an attractive settlement with amenities such as a playing field, the Musicians Arms Public House, and a Butcher. Access The Vendor enjoys the benefit of a right of access to the site via a track between 30 and 32 Main Street. The Vendor will retain a right of access and ownership where needed through the area cross-hatched in blue on the plan on the front cover and to retained land to the west and through the site east of Plot 4, to allow access to their retained adjoining property. The Purchaser will be required to construct the access routes to a specification to be agreed and to maintain any shared access routes in the future.

Easements, Wayleaves and Rights of Way

The site is sold subject to and with the benefit of existing obligations and rights, including whether public or private, light, support, water, electricity, supplies and other easements, quasi-easements and all wayleaves whether referred to in these particulars or not. There is an overhead electricity line through the site and notice has been given to terminate this right so the power cables can be moved.
