Terms and Conditions

• You must ask the permission of the persons you are referring before confirming personal details.
• The landlord must be new to Brown&Co, having not rented through us previously.
• The tenancy must be new, not a renewal or extension of an existing one.
• The referral credit applies to the first property and tenancy agreed and let through Brown&Co; no further credits for the same landlord, property, or tenancy variations.
• The £100 referral credit is honoured only after a tenancy commences.
• A tenancy begins upon successful move-in of new tenants, with completed legal documents; if the tenancy is surrendered within 30 days, the referral is void.
• Bank account details are required for payout, with payment made within 30 days of confirmation.
