METHOD OF SALE
The land is offered for sale by Private Treaty as a whole. In the event multiple competing offers are received, the marketing campaign will be drawn to a conclusion by seeking "best and final offers". The purchaser will be required to exchange contracts within 28 working days of receipt of the draft contract by the buyers solicitor, with completion by arrangement. Usual 10% deposit will be payable on exchange of contracts.
