Andrew has worked at Brown&Co for over 10 years having historically worked in London where he was a national commercial agent and then with two other companies in Norwich concentrating both on development sites and commercial agency.

Based in the Norwich office, Andrew deals with the acquisition and disposal of Residential and Commercial development sites together with site evaluation, strategic options and developmental advice. Andrew also undertakes capital and rental valuations to Red Book Standards together with development valuations for commercial funding.

Andrew has an upper second class degree in Urban Estate Surveying, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is RICS Registered Valuer.

One of Andrew’s most recent projects is the sale of the former East Suffolk Council Offices in Woodbridge, a 3.28 acre acre office complex of 65,000 sq ft that was sold unconditionally to be demolished for a residential development scheme. He is also currently selling 2 sites in Norwich for 100% affordable housing.
