We have a London arm to our marketing service situated in the heart of the West End. The London Office operates from showrooms on St James’ Place and from here we provide our clients with a window to national and international markets. Enquiries are processed; property details distributed and viewings organised to add to those coming from our local representation.
At the offices on St James’, potential purchasers are able to discuss their requirements with professional qualified staff, who can answer questions about prices, market conditions, commuting times and schools – and even decent local pubs. They can also search the database for them and give out brochures of suitable properties.
The office hosts well publicised regional property exhibitions and launches of auction properties. This enables London (and south eastern) buyers to discuss face to face requirements with regional agents. West End window displays permit large colour photographic features promoting our properties, prompting many spontaneous enquiries.
Marketing is enhanced by The London Office’s own website and the regular distribution of the high calibre publication, Aquire, distributed nationally by provincial agents of similar status.
