Beccles is a popular town in Suffolk close to the east coast. It is

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING

The majority of the runway has Sui Generis airfield use, however
the northernmost portion (1.23 acres)has undergone a Change of
Use to B8 for use as a scaffolders yard (application reference
DC/17/1297/COU).

There is historic consent for open storage across the whole
runway though this has now lapsed (reference DC/01/0587/FUL).

ACCESS & RIGHTS OF WAY

It may be possible to establish a new access onto Copland Way at
the north end of the site, subject to planning.

There is a right of way over the southernmost portion of the
runway to taxi aircraft from the hangar to the operational runway.

LEASE & RENTAL TERMS

The site is available to let as a whole or in part on a new full

The freehold is available to purchase with the benefit of the
tenancy agreements in place for a price in the region of £950,000.

Approximately 0.5 acres is let on a 20 year lease term from 2020 for
