The Vendor wishes to transfer a 25% Beneficial Interest in the above Assets. The assets are described in further detail below and are registered at the Land Registry under Title No BK393131.

The buildings include a modern Grain Store (approximately 3,200 sq. ft.) with grain walling and corrugated roof, a traditional timber framed Store, under tiled roof, a former Granary (part on staddle stones) and a concrete block lock up Chemical Store.
