About this property

Detailed Description

DESCRIPTION & LOCATION

The land at Barton Turf provides prospective purchasers with the opportunity to acquire a compact parcel of good quality arable land in an attractive rural location between the settlements of Neatishead and Barton Turf.

Located approximately 5 miles north east of the popular Broadland town of Wroxham, the land is made up of a single enclosure, in an easily worked parcel, with frontage to Hall Road & Church Road.

The postcode of the nearest residential property is NR12 8AR. The What3words location to the field entrance on the northern boundary is ///crunching.offline.resort

The land, which is bounded by mature hedges, is in an area classified as Grade 2 and Grade 3 and has been let by the current owners under a Farm Business Tenancy which is about to come to an end. For those considering buying the land as an investment, the existing tenant would be interested in continuing to rent the land, or it could be farmed using contractors for ease of management.

The previous cropping is as follows:
2021 - Spring Barley
2022 - Winter Barley
2023 - Sugar Beet
2024 - Spring Barley
2025 - Winter Barley
2026 - Vining Peas
