The property is located in the county of Oxfordshire, near the
village of Shipton-under-Wychwood. A variety of services can be
found in either Oxford (14.56 miles south east), Witney (7.30 miles
south east) or Burford (4.50 miles south west). The A361 leading to
Burford, the Fosse Way from Stow-on-the-Wold and J8A of the M40

The Vendor reserves the right to receive 30% of any uplift in value
