Overview of Role
Our King’s Lynn office is seeking an Administrator to join its established team. This is a varied role suited to a highly organised individual with a proven administrative background, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism.
The successful applicant will provide efficient business support within a busy office environment, working alongside a team of surveyors. Responsibilities will include general administration, managing correspondence, report writing, and handling enquiries from the public.
Responsibilities
- Project file management and project administration.
- Document management - preparing reports, formatting and proofreading, including letters, reports and similar.
- Taking external enquiries - new instructions, client queries, invoice queries.
- Invoicing and financial administration.
- Organising office and client meetings.
- Delivering accurate, high-quality transcription from dictation.
- Occasional minute taking.
- Diary management and organising travel arrangements.
- Assisting with the administration for presentations and seminars for the office.
- Ordering stationary and other office supplies.
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient at using Microsoft software such as, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Organisational skills.
- Word processing and audio typing.
- Presentation of work and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.

Core working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 17.30pm.
This is a permanent full-time position based on 37.5 hours (Monday – Friday) however we’re fully open to discussing part-time flexible working requirements. We also operate a ‘Smart Working’ policy, enabling our employees to enjoy a work/life balance.
