Land Agent/ Rural Surveyor

Overview of Role
We are looking for an MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor to join our King’s Lynn office. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys a varied role. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of property and estate management, valuations, and wider rural property matters, and will play a key role in developing and growing our rural team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide professional advice on rural property, including agricultural tenancies and land use
- Conduct accurate and detailed valuations
- Provide advice on compulsory purchase, utilities and compensation
- Assist clients with rural planning and development matters
- Facilitate the delivery of infrastructure projects
- Support the Land Agency team with farm agency work
Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- CAAV qualified
- 3 – 6 years post-qualification experience in a Rural Surveying role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate reports
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills both written and verbal
- Full UK drivers’ licence

Core working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 17.30pm.
This is a permanent full-time position based on 37.5 hours (Monday – Friday) however we’re fully open to discussing part-time smart working requirements. We also operate a ‘Smart Working’ policy, enabling our employees to enjoy a work/life balance.
