Brown&Co and Hallam Land Management Completes Sale of Residential Development Site to Miller Homes

Brown & Co’s Cambridge office is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 9.17 hectare (22.66 acre) residential development site in Potton, Bedfordshire, with outline planning permission for 125 new homes. The site has been sold to leading national housebuilder Miller Homes who have submitted a Reserved Matters application for the development, which will be known as Fair Meadow.

Brown & Co acted on behalf of some of the landowners from the very beginning, agreeing promotion and landowner collaboration agreements. Hallam Land Management took on the promotion and promoted the site, executed their planning strategy and ultimately secured outline planning permission following a highly successful planning appeal.

Our marketing campaign generated strong interest from national and regional housebuilders, with a high number of bids received and competitive proposals, followed by a swiftly executed interview and tender process.

Construction is planned to commence in 2027.
