More than £1million worth of property sells at auction

More than £1million worth of property sold today at our livestream County Property Auction in Lincoln.

The livestream auction saw some of the 10 lots go under the hammer for more than double the guide price.

Highlights included:

• The Former Railway Yard, Tillbridge Lane, Stow Park which sold for £184,000 over a guide of £70,000. 
• Grassland and fishing lakes at High Street, Upton, near Gainsborough which sold for £90,000 over a guide of £40,000.
• Toll House Cottage, Folkingham, in need of complete restoration, which sold for £50,000 over a guide of £20,000.

Two properties didn't sell; a three-bedroom end terrace in Prince William Road, Newtoft, near Market Rasen and a two-bedroom mid-terrace in Brook Street, Lincoln.
