Adam joined Brown&Co in August 2026 as a Graduate Agricultural Business Consultant based in the King’s Lynn office.
Adam graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2025 with a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Agriculture. Alongside his studies, he spent multiple harvests working on an arable farm in Nottinghamshire, gaining a strong understanding of the current challenges and opportunities facing UK agriculture.  
Since graduating, Adam has worked in New Zealand for a season where he further developed his experience within the agricultural sector.
