Andrew France BSc (Hons) MRICS joined Brown&Co in June 2026. A Chartered Surveyor with over two decades of commercial property experience, he has a strong understanding of the Lincolnshire market and advises clients across a broad range of property matters.

A Lincoln native, Andrew graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2002 with a BSc (Hons) in Urban Land Economics before beginning his career with leading surveying practices in London's West End. He subsequently established and led his own professional practice in West Sussex, returning to Lincolnshire in 2013. Most recently, Andrew served as Head of Office at the Lincoln office of a national property consultancy.

Andrew advises a diverse range of public and private sector clients on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, development opportunities, capital markets and lease advisory matters. His experience spans the full spectrum of commercial property sectors, enabling him to provide practical, commercially focused advice tailored to his clients' objectives.
