Caitlin joined Brown&Co’s Agricultural Business Consultancy division in 2025, after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Farm Management. She brings extensive hands-on experience across arable, dairy and beef enterprises, giving her a strong understanding of profitable farming systems and their day-to-day operations.

Caitlin has several years of experience working on an arable and dairy farm in Bedfordshire, gaining hands-on knowledge across a range of operations. She also spent multiple seasons with a contracting business, which provided insight into both practical farming and large‑scale agricultural work.

Caitlin assists with all aspects of agricultural business consultancy, including environmental grants and schemes, contract farming ventures, budgets and more.
