Caroline joined JHWalter in Lincoln in 2014 and took over administration for the Agency team in 2015. She joined Brown&Co after the firms merged in 2021. 

Caroline has 38 years’ experience within an admin/office environment. She worked as a PA for a local Chartered Surveyor in Louth before moving to Lincoln; Prior to this she worked with a financial advisor dealing with mortgages/insurances and life cover.
