Charlotte Mountford - Land Agent, Graduate, BA (Hons)

Charlotte joined Brown&Co in September 2026 as a Graduate Land Agent. She graduated from Harper Adams University in 2026 with a Distinction in the MProf Rural Estate and Land Management programme, having previously achieved a BA (Hons) Geography with Advanced Spanish degree from the University of Exeter in 2024.

Having grown up on a mixed farm in Staffordshire, Charlotte developed a strong understanding of arable and beef farming systems. Following her undergraduate degree, she spent a year working as an Agri-Business Consultant in Oxfordshire, gaining valuable commercial experience across a range of agricultural and rural matters before returning to Harper Adams to complete her postgraduate studies.

At Brown&Co, Charlotte undertakes a broad range of rural professional work within the Land Agency department. Charlotte is currently working towards her APC and hopes to sit the CAAV examinations in the future.
