Charlotte joined Brown&Co in January 2026 as a member of the Commercial Property Management team in Lincoln. Drawing on her background growing up on an arable farm, she brings a practical understanding of land and property management to her role. Her primary focus is on the day-to-day management of commercial assets, where she specialises in service charge management and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships through effective lease management and compliance.

Prior to joining the Firm, Charlotte gained extensive experience in both local authority and commercial practice settings across South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the North East. Her professional portfolios have included the management of prominent shopping centres and a range of retail and office premises. This diverse experience is underpinned by a strong academic foundation, including a Master’s in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University and a degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Lincoln.
