Dior Childs is a Graduate Planner who joined Brown&Co in September 2026 following the completion of a BSc (Hons) in Property Development and Planning. Through academic study and practical experience, Dior has developed a strong understanding of the UK planning system, with particular interests in, planning policy and the delivery of sustainable development.

 

Since joining the Planning team, Dior has assisted with the preparation of planning appraisals, planning statements, policy reviews and site assessments across a range of development projects. This has included undertaking planning research, identifying planning opportunities and constraints, and supporting the preparation of planning advice for clients.
