Hattie Stuart - Residential Property Assistant, Graduate

Hattie joined Brown&Co in June 2026, after graduating with a degree in Real Estate.

Alongside her studies, Hattie worked part time in a residential firm where she gained practical experience of the industry and a strong understanding of how it works in practice during the fluctuations of the market, which developed Hattie's confidence and knowledge of the sector.

Having grown up in rural Norfolk, Hattie's interests have always been with countryside unique properties, which inspired her to pursue a career with Brown&Co after thoroughly enjoying her work experience here in the summer of 2025.

Hattie enjoys working with a wide variety of homes across Norfolk, as well as meeting new people and building relationships with clients while helping them through the stages of a sale or purchase.

Hattie is currently working towards her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), continuing to develop her professional knowledge and experience.
