Heidi Surfleet - Town Planner, Graduate, BA (Hons)

Heidi joined Brown&Co in November 2025. She holds a First-Class BA (Hons) in Geography with Study Abroad from the University of Exeter and is currently in the final stages of completing her MSc in Spatial Planning at Oxford Brookes University.

Prior to joining the Firm, Heidi gained consultancy experience in sustainability and transport, advising on and producing reports on the feasibility of solar panels for a historic building, and analysing sustainable transport provision on a university campus to support net-zero targets.

Heidi is pursuing chartered status with the Royal Town Planning Institute and supports clients across a range of projects, including site submissions, planning appraisals, and applications for agricultural buildings and new residential developments.
