Hugh joined Brown&Co in 2012 and is Involved in a wide range of work including contract farming, subsidy claims, budgets and environmental schemes including woodland. He specialises in the practical management of stewardship schemes.

Prior to joining Brown&Co he worked on a number of varied farm businesses building a wide range of practical and management experience and is a graduate of Sutton Bonington (University of Nottingham) with a degree in Agriculture.

He also has his own flock of sheep.

He has been involved in a large number of stewardship applications and subsequent management including Mid and Higher tier Countryside stewardship schemes including some large infrastructure projects.
