Isabel joined Brown&Co's Lincoln Land Agency Department in September 2021 following graduating from Harper Adams University with a First Class Honours Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. Isabel has grown up on her family's arable farm located just outside of Lincoln.

Isabel is developing her knowledge and experience in a range of professional areas including valuations, rural property agency, landlord and tenant and compulsory purchase and compensation across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. During her university placement year in Hereford, she also obtained experience in estate management, rural planning and rural grants and schemes. 

Isabel is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an RICS Registered Valuer and is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.  

Outside of work, Isabel is Chairman of East Midlands Area YFC and remains a committed member as Club Leader of Collingham YFC. She is also on the Collingham & District Agricultural Society and is currently Minutes and Entries Secretary to the Society.
