Karen joined Brown&Co in September 2025 following a 20 year career with the NHS where she worked as a Senior Project Manager. Many of her skills learned within Project Management were transferrable to Brown&Co and has put these to good use as Senior Administrator in the HR Department. Karen supports the whole of the HR team in her administration role. She loves the challenge that one day is never the same as the next.

Karen originates from Berkshire. She has a large family including a twin sister and much of her social life revolves around family events. She plays golf, pickleball, badminton and loves walking, travel and horseriding. Karen is also a big animal lover.
