Karen joined Brown&Co in September 2025, following a 20-year career with the NHS, where she held the position of Senior Project Manager. She has successfully transferred many of her project management skills into her role at Brown&Co, where she serves as a Senior Administrator within the HR department. In this role, she provides comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the department. Karen particularly values the variety of her work and enjoys the dynamic environment, where no two days are the same.

Originally from Berkshire, Karen comes from a large family, including a twin sister, and much of her time outside of work is centred around family activities and events. She has a keen interest in sport and leisure, enjoying golf, pickleball, and badminton, as well as walking, travelling, and horse riding. Karen is also a dedicated animal lover.
