Kate joined Brown&Co in February 2021. Prior to this Kate worked as a managing agent for various institutional, corporate and public body clients in East Anglia.

Kate undertakes a wide range of professional work from the St Neots office. Including purchase, sale and letting of rural and equestrian property. Landlord and tenant matters, estate management, utility schemes and compensation.

Kate is qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Kate grew up and lives on the family arable farm in Cambridgeshire.
