Laura Negus (née Gaydon) joined Brown&Co in August 2022.

Laura undertakes a variety of professional rural property and estate management work, including Landlord & Tenant, Contract Farming and occupational agreements in additional to providing RICS Red Book Valuations and Annual Stocktaking Valuations.  Laura can also provide clients with equestrian property advice, for private and commercial use.

Previously working for a regional firm of Chartered Surveyors in the Midlands for 10 years, also as a Director of the company, Laura is a qualified RICS Rural Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. She is also a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and a Member of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants.

Laura has a strong farming background, having grown up on her family’s dairy farm in North Oxfordshire.  She has also held positions on committees with Sibford Farming Club and Moreton Show Equine Committee.
