Lisa has worked for Brown&Co for over 26 years for Martin Herbert, a partner in our Lincoln office, primarily over this time.

Before Brown&Co from the age of 18 Lisa worked with William H Brown for 5 years which was part of Royal Life Estates (where Brown&Co was formed from the Agricultural Department of RLE nearly 30 years ago). She then moved to another Estate Agent, from there Lisa joined Brown&Co in 1995 in the Land Agency Department – firstly in Grantham and latterly in the new hub In Lincoln.

Lisa’s primary role over the years has been secretarial support to Martin Herbert and other professionals and latterly also secretarial/admin support dealing with professionals within her area in the Lincoln Hub. Lisa also deals with a large amount of administrative work for the HS2 projects and have done so for quite some time.
