Lisa joined Brown&Co four years ago and is based in the Norwich office.

Lisa is responsible for managing the firm’s debt position by implementing effective credit control and being responsible for cash flow forecasting. She oversees the firm’s written credit policy and risk assessment portfolios, which have included writing and implementing processes.

As Compliance Officer, and assistant to the Anti-Money Laundering Risk Officer, Lisa is also am responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance issues within the firm along with aiding in the implementation of all FCA, AML and GDPR related guidelines.

She has over 25 years of experience in credit control and debt management, including controlling the debt management of a Premier League football club.
