Lucy joined Brown&Co’s Humber office in October 2026 after recently graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Agriculture with Farm Business Management. Having grown up on a small family farm she has gained experience in addition to working alongside farmers over summers sampling and in an egg processing facility. 

Lucy is currently assisting with environmental schemes such as the Sustainable Farming Incentive and Countryside Stewardship Higher Tier and other capital grant schemes, budgeting and cash flow work.
