Lucy joined Brown&Co in September 2024 after graduating from Harper Adams University with an Honours Degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management.

Lucy grew up in a village just outside of Lincoln, with an interest in agriculture. She gained experience in professional practice on her placement year from University in East Anglia.

She is currently working towards her RICS qualification, and has already completed her CAAV qualification. In doing so she is developing her knowledge and experience in a range of professional areas including valuations, agency and compulsory purchase and compensation.
