Nathan has a breadth and level of experience that is difficult to match. With more than 10 years’ experience working with private and public sector clients, he has occupied many roles whilst working on a wide portfolio of commercial, leisure and residential schemes, ranging from maintenance projects to multi-million pound refurbishments and developments.

Nathan is experienced in management and professional services of both commercial and residential property, planned maintenance programmes, schedules of condition, valuation and property agency. Whilst Nathan’s focus has been on properties in the East Midlands, his expertise has led him across the country, from carrying out management of Multi-Let commercial office and retail suites in London and Nottingham, alongside the management of residential and commercial service charge budgets in excess of £1 million.

Nathan prides himself on building excellent relationships with our clients, ensuring that they receive a great service. With many clients coming back to him for professional work time and time again, Nathan is a popular surveyor for clients requesting professional services in the East Midlands alongside other areas of the UK that a client wishes. Additionally, he finds it rewarding to resolve a problem as a result of great planning and he always takes the time to understand the client’s brief.

Nathan has studied for a BSc Hons in Building Surveying and has a keen interest in building pathology.
