Neil started working with Brown&Co in February 2007 and reluctantly, due to personal circumstances left and headed south in April 2013. However, he then had the opportunity to relocate back to the north and was extremely pleased and lucky to return to Brown&Co in September 2019.

His agency career spans 32 years predominantly in the South of England, but also in Andalucia, Spain, but prior to that he served in the Royal Navy from leaving school, which also included being involved in the Falklands War on HMS Hermes. After leaving the Royal Navy, Neil went into catering and worked at Gatwick airport in what was then the largest food court in Europe.
