Nicholas is from a rural background and joined Brown&Co in September 2019, starting in the Spalding Office before moving to the Bury St Edmunds Office in March 2020. As part of the Land Agency Department Nicholas assists in a wide range of professional work including valuations, farm agency and planning work, throughout Suffolk and Essex. Nicholas also undertakes access and rights work on behalf of a national infrastructure company covering East Anglia and the South East. 

Nicholas has a BSc (Hons) degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University and is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a RICS Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
