Olivia joined Brown&Co after graduating from Lancaster University with a degree in Ecology and Conservation in 2025. During her placement year, she completed a Wildlife Traineeship with the Wildlife trust where she gained experience in habitat management. 

At Brown&Co, Olivia’s main role is in conducting preliminary ecological assessments and delivering solutions for planning and biodiversity net gain projects with an emphasis on natural capital and green finance. She has also assisted in conducting protected species surveys and badger sett closures.
