Olivia joined Brown&Co in March 2021. Working in the Agri-Business Consultancy team her time is allocated between financial and budgeting work, contract farming agreements, environmental schemes, and grant funding applications. 

Prior to joining Brown&Co she studied Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, gaining a BSc (Hons) degree. As the fourth generation to be actively involved with the family arable farm in Northamptonshire, Olivia has gained a valuable insight into the agricultural sector.
